Blueness by Oceania – Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations
- Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your preferred date, time, and therapist.
- First-time guests must book appointments online or in person at our reception.
- Telephone bookings are only available to returning guests or those who have purchased a package.
- A confirmation will be sent once your booking is secured.
2. Arrival
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time; full payment will still be required.
3. Deposits
- A deposit of 20% of the treatment price is required at the time of booking for all appointments.
- Guests who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend will be required to pay a 50% deposit for all future bookings.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or non-attendance will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
- All purchased packages are non-refundable unless the client provides reasonable evidence of circumstances that prevent them from continuing with their treatments.
- Clients with an existing package may transfer the remaining value to another treatment of the same price or pay the difference for a more expensive treatment.
- If the replacement treatment is of lower value, the original package price will still apply; no refund or credit will be issued for the price difference.
5. Health Conditions
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy prior to their appointment.
- Some treatments may not be suitable or may require adjustments based on your health information.
6. Age Requirements
- Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Parental consent is required for any treatments provided to minors.
7. Payments
- Blueness by Oceania accepts cash and all major credit and debit cards.
- Gift vouchers must be presented upon arrival and are non-refundable.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Personal Belongings
- Blueness by Oceania does not provide locker facilities.
- Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own personal belongings.
- The spa does not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
9. Product Purchases
- All products purchased at Blueness by Oceania are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
10. Spa Etiquette
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful environment and behave appropriately at all times.
11. Right to Refuse Service
- Blueness by Oceania reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who displays inappropriate behaviour, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or poses a health risk to themselves or others.
- Any form of abuse, disrespect, or inappropriate behaviour towards our therapists will result in immediate refusal of service. We will not serve clients who mistreat our staff.
